Please note, general access to the Depot Mayfield Rooftop includes 56 stairs. Our team will be available to escort anyone who needs an alternative route via a lift, however we recommend allowing at least 15 minutes extra before the start of La Clique for this.

Customers with additional/specific access requirements are eligible for a free companion ticket when purchasing for Underbelly’s events.

Personal Assistant Tickets (formally Carer tickets) can be booked over email, in person or via a phone call.

To receive a reservation link to pay over email including any carers tickets please send an email to us at boxoffice@underbelly.co.uk with the following information

1. Show you want to attend

2. Date and time of performance

3. Number of tickets including carer

4. Seating area (posh, ringside, stalls, rear stalls), Please note that access to our booths includes a step up into them.

5. Access notes for the booking. Any information about your mobility issues or access requirements so that our staff can better assist you during your visit.
