What should I do if I haven't received my tickets?
All tickets are sent via email, if you haven't received yours please check your junk! You can contact the box office team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do I have to pay to get in?
No! There is no admission fee to enter. La Clique the show is ticketed and you can purchase these on the door. The show may be fully booked, so we recommend that you book in advance on the website where possible.
What are the opening times?
Tuesday - Wednesday: 6pm - 11pm
Thursday: 5pm - 11pm
Friday - Saturday: 5pm - 12 midnight
Sunday: 4pm - 11pm
How do I get to Depot Mayfield?
You can find us at Depot Mayfield, Travis Street, Manchester, M1 2PY.
Depot Mayfield is located in the heart of Manchester and is easily accessible by car, train, tram, and bus.
Depot Mayfield is within easy reach of the main roadways with the venue located just inside the main ring road and the M6 linking Manchester with the south. The nearest taxi drop off point is Piccadilly station, a 2 minute walk from the venue. Please note, there is no parking at the venue.

With Depot Mayfield situated just a few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, you will experience an easy journey to and from the venue with Avanti West Coast, TransPennine Express and Northern operating services from Manchester towards the rest of the country.

Manchester Tram system connects Mayfield and the surrounding areas to Greater Manchester with regular tram services running towards Ashton-under-Lyne, Bury, Rochdale, Manchester Airport, Eccles, Altrincham and East Didsbury.

Do you allow photography and filming?
Photography and filming on-site is only allowed for personal use. If you have any commercial or editorial photography or filming requests, please contact our press office to request accreditation in advance of arriving at: email@example.com
All amateur photographer groups must also request photography accreditation before arriving on-site. We thank you for your co-operation.
How do I purchase a ticket?
We recommend that you buy tickets in advance from our website, so you don't miss out! Please note a booking fee will apply.
Tickets can also be purchased on the day from the onsite Box Office.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Tickets cannot be cancelled, or money refunded but tickets may be exchanged at the discretion of the box office. Please reply to your orginal booking email and advise of your preferred new date and we will look to exchange your booking subject to availability.
- Tickets may only be exchanged to a future date of the same event; it is not possible to exchange for a different event in our programme.
- An exchange cannot be issued if the original tickets are for a past date.
- All exchanges must be confirmed no later than 24hours before the original date
- An exchange is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation for the new date.
How do I receive my tickets?
All of our tickets are issued as e-tickets.

Do you offer any discount for group bookings?

What bag can I bring with me?
You can bring a bag with you, all bags are searched on site for security reasons.
What security measures are in place?
To ensure your safety, we have SIA accredited security onsite at all times, at the entrances and patrolling throughout the site.
We have a comprehensive CCTV system in place, and bag searches in operation on entry to the site.
Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Security will be called to deal with unattended items and they may be removed.
What is your sustainability policy?
Visitors are strongly encouraged to travel to Underbelly at Depot Mayfield on foot, by bike or by public transport.
We provide suitable facilities for visitors, traders and operators to recycle their waste and all site waste will be sorted off site to divide out recyclable and non-recyclable materials. Power, lighting and water usage is minimised wherever possible.
Traders and operators will be encouraged to procure products from sustainable sources where possible.
We use local staff and crew where possible and encourage traders and operators to do the same.
Is there a cloakroom?
We do not provide a cloakroom service.
